Taupata (Coprosma repens)

Description

Coprosma repens, is one of the toughest coprosmas. It is found in coastal areas from North Cape to Greymouth. In normal conditions a height of 4-6m can be attained. The oblong leaves are thick, dark green and very glossy, Taupata is excellent for coastal planting, being extremely tolerant of salt-laden winds and harsh conditions.
